SUBSTANCE: invention relates to walking aids, including a walking support used as a pole for hiking and Nordic walking, as well as a wider area covering poles for all other sports activities. A support for the human body is proposed, comprising a basic support element in the form of a rod, with two additional support elements fixed on it, the first of which is an additional handle, according to the invention, the second additional support element is either an elbow pad or a strap and has an extended surface sufficient for placing forearms behind the wrist and/or shoulders in the triceps area.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of movement on the ground, on the surface of a road or other surface while improving ease of use.
