SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to designs of helicopter-type unmanned aerial vehicles. The helicopter-type UAV contains a fuselage consisting of several cylindrical modules, including a propeller group module, a receiver module, a battery module, and a flight control unit module. All the modules are installed along their central axis on a hollow rod, inside which communication and power wires connect the modules to each other. The propeller group module contains holders on which electric motors equipped with propeller blades are installed. The number of propeller group module holders can be three or more, depending on the need to ensure the required UAV load capacity.

EFFECT: expanding the scope and increasing the degree of structural unification of helicopter-type UAVs of various designs, both coaxial and multicopter.
