FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: to measure the seismoelectric potential difference of the casing string, a downhole tool is lowered into the cemented casing string, containing an acoustic emitter module and a thermal effect module. Seismoelectric potential difference diagrams are recorded along the wellbore after perforation under conditions of thermal impact from the heat generator module on the studied perforation zone.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining the boundaries of perforation intervals and information content of field geophysical studies in assessing the hydrodynamic connectivity of productive formations with the internal cavity of the casing string.
