FIELD: information exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for receiving/transmitting information from on-board safety devices. The system comprises a computing communication complex consisting of a server with a data memory unit connected to it, in which electronic maps of circulation polygons and information about registered movement parameters are recorded, one port of the server is connected to a personal computer of an automated workplace, and the other port is connected to radio network equipment GSM, interacting via a GSM radio communication network with a radio communication unit located in the locomotive. According to the invention, a computing unit is installed on the locomotive and connected to the radio communication unit, connected via a CAN bus to the locomotive safety device and its memory unit. The computing unit is configured to automatically load electronic maps of circulation areas into the memory unit of electronic maps of circulation ranges of the safety device, register movement parameters, locomotive, train characteristics and diagnose the safety device, and automatically transfer data to the data memory unit of the computing communication complex.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of updating electronic maps of circulation areas in safety devices and transmission of information about the parameters of train movement and diagnostics of safety devices.
