SUBSTANCE: during defecation, a fecal plug in the distal part of the rectum is pressed through the soft tissues of the body in the skin gap between the coccyx and anus. On the gap of the skin between the coccyx and the anus, the body is pressed against the end of a fixed hard stop in the form of a console. The device used consists of a stop that can be fixed with a fixed support, the free end of which, when a person defecates, touches the skin of his body in the middle of the gap between the coccyx and anus with the possibility of counteracting body pressure on it.
EFFECT: method and device make it possible to carry out fragmentation of a fecal plug in the distal part of the rectum, to increase the sanitary and hygienic safety of a person during such a toilet, and to facilitate it.
