FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to coloproctology. Coccyx is transversally and longitudinally incised throughout the mobilized section from the incision site to the distal fragments as well as to the coccygeal inner surface. Mobilized fragments of the coccyx are shifted laterally by 1.0–1.5 cm to form a slot between them. Alloplant sciatic nerve allograft is placed in formed slot, and it is fixed to periosteum with interrupted sutures. That is followed by fixing the spread out of the bone coccyx fragments to each other and to the sacral bone using a perforated metal plate.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating the coccygeal plexus branches compression, normal rectal, anus and coccyx function recovery, higher therapeutic effect by reducing traumatism of the operation, prevention of possible complications in the form of neural spinal cord injuries and development of adhesive processes in the field of operative approach, as well as compression of neural structures of the weave in the postoperative period.
