SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an interior swing door, preferably for a vehicle, and a vehicle with such a door. The hinged door comprises: a door panel and an opening in which said door panel can be pivotally moved into the inner space to open or close the said inner space. During the pivot movement, the door panel moves at least partially outside the area defined by the opening and the door panel in the closed state. The opening comprises a sealing element extending horizontally in the upper region, which, when closed, covers the hinged door of the inner space in the upper region of the door panel. The door panel comprises at least one door panel element and at least one vertically extending sealing profile, which is mounted on the door panel element and abuts against another sealing profile or opening in the closed state. The vertically extending sealing profile has a lower height than the door panel element, so that the vertically extending sealing profile moves under the horizontally extending sealing element without coming into contact with it during the pivot movement of the door panel.

EFFECT: reduced wear of the sealing profile of the door panel and/or wear of the horizontally passing sealing element when opening or closing the hinged door of the inner space, increasing the tightness in the closed state of the door and manufacturing the door in an economical way.
