FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for the manufacture and installation of a frame residential building. The method of manufacturing and assembling a frame residential structure consists in that, first, a building consisting of two parts is manufactured at the factory, whereas temporary transport racks and connections are mounted in the plane of connection of the two parts. Then each part is packed separately in a transport material and delivered to the installation site or to a temporary site, unloaded and installed, combining in the plane of the connection with the insulation of the butt joint; each part is unpacked separately from the transport material, the previously separated halves are connected using fasteners, temporary transport racks and connections are dismantled, the docking seam is masked with finishing materials to form a single residential building without visible signs of separation.
EFFECT: accelerated building installation.
