FIELD: soap production.
SUBSTANCE: production of soap intended for both sanitary and household needs. The method for obtaining a soap base includes the neutralization of fatty acids with an alkali solution, where at the stage of completion of the neutralization process, vegetable protein is introduced into the soap base in the form of a hydrated mass in the ratio of vegetable protein : water 1:6-1:10. The composition of the soap base is also disclosed.
EFFECT: increase in washing action.
