FIELD: shipping containers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipping containers intended primarily for rocket and space technology, for example for transporting spacecraft. The shipping container consists of a base (1) and a lid (3) made in the form of a load-bearing frame sheathed with sheet metal, which are mated along the junction plane of the base (1) and the lid (3) and connected by locks. In the plane of the joint, the base of the container at the corners contains guide pins (2) for interconnection with the holes in the lid (3). On the outer side of the cover (3), two rings (6) are installed diagonally, which are used when mounting the cover to align with the guide skids (11) fixed on the base (1).
EFFECT: improved quality and reduced complexity of assembly at the stage of manufacture and assembly of the shipping container, and increased safety of the transported cargo and reduced complexity of work at the stage of assembly and operation.
