FIELD: medicine; operative obstetrics.

SUBSTANCE: suture is performed on the cervix at the border of the transition of the vaginal mucosa to the anterior lip of the cervix with a non-absorbable suture material. The thread is fixed on the cervix with two titanium plates with holes. The first titanium plate is placed on the anterior lip of the cervix at 12 o'clock position of the conventional dial. Then, an injection is performed through the first hole of the plate, piercing the cervix, after which the injection is performed at 5 o'clock position through the entire thickness of the posterior lip of the cervix. The thread is passed through the first hole of the second plate located on the posterior lip of the cervix, and taken out through the opposite hole of the second plate. Next, the needle is injected through the submucosal layer at 7 o'clock position of the conditional dial. Then, an injection is performed at 8 o'clock position at the fornix of the vagina through the entire thickness of the cervix and is passed through the second hole of the first plate.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent the risk of spontaneous miscarriage, preterm labor with prolongation of the gestation period to full term and reduce the risk of the birth of premature babies with severe pathologies, prevents slipping and eruption of the cervical tissue by the thread, allows to remove the suture painless and in atraumatic way.
