FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncogynecology. Perform a radical trachelectomy with the formation of utero-vaginal anastomosis. Zone of anastomosis is wrapped with a mesh implant which is woven in the form of a stocking using a superelastic titanium nickelide filament and fixed with separate seams along the perimeter of the anastomosis. Surgery is performed laparoscopically, using a stocking as an implant which is woven using a titanium nickelide filament with a thickness of 0.03–0.04 mm, a width of 4–5 cm, and a length of 7–8 cm.
EFFECT: method allows to shorten the time of postoperative rehabilitation, as well as to reduce the likelihood of complications.
