Abstract RU 2801250 C2

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: methods for obtaining agrochemical compositions containing a continuous phase and at least one dispersed phase include a. obtaining a non-aqueous curable liquid containing at least one cross-linkable resin or polymerizable resin containing monomers, oligomers, prepolymers or mixtures thereof, the resin optionally containing hydrophilic groups, optionally a hardener, catalyst, plasticizer or activator; or obtaining a non-aqueous liquid containing at least one hardenable polymer dissolved in a volatile solvent, and one or more optional plasticizers; or obtaining a non-aqueous curable liquid containing a melt of at least one curable thermoplastic polymer and optionally a plasticizer; or obtaining a dispersion concentrate by dissolving or suspending at least one agrochemical active ingredient in a non-aqueous curable liquid mixture containing a melt of at least one curable thermoplastic polymer and optionally a plasticizer or containing at least one cross-linkable resin or a polymerizable resin containing monomers, oligomers, prepolymers or mixtures thereof, wherein the resin optionally contains hydrophilic groups, optionally a hardener, catalyst, plasticizer or activator; or dissolving or suspending at least one agrochemical active ingredient in a non-aqueous liquid mixture containing at least one settable polymer dissolved in a volatile solvent and one or more optional plasticizers, b. emulsifying the non-aqueous curable liquid to an average droplet size of 1-200 microns in an aqueous liquid, wherein the aqueous liquid contains a colloidal solid as an emulsion stabilizer, optionally contains a plasticizer, and optionally a hardener, catalyst or initiator capable of diffusing into the dispersed uncured resin droplets; or emulsifying a non-aqueous liquid or a non-aqueous curable liquid to an average droplet size of 1-200 microns in an aqueous liquid or in a heated aqueous liquid, wherein the aqueous liquid contains a colloidal solid as an emulsion stabilizer and optionally contains a plasticizer; or emulsifying the dispersion concentrate to an average droplet size of 1-200 microns in an aqueous liquid, where the liquid contains a colloidal solid as an emulsion stabilizer, optionally contains a plasticizer and optionally a hardener, catalyst or activator capable of diffusing into the droplets of the dispersed uncured resin; or emulsifying the solution to an average droplet size of 1-200 microns in an aqueous liquid, where the liquid contains a colloidal solid as an emulsion stabilizer and optionally contains a plasticizer; or emulsifying the dispersion concentrate to an average droplet size of 1-200 microns in a heated aqueous liquid that contains a colloidal solid as an emulsion stabilizer and optionally contains a plasticizer, c. allowing the cross-linkable resin mixture to crosslink or cure, and then optionally impregnating with a plasticizer to form an emulsion containing the cured thermoset polymer particles and the colloidal solid material on the surface of the particle; or ensuring evaporation of the volatile solvent by heating the emulsion to a temperature of 30-120°C for 0.1-10 hours and then optional impregnation with a plasticizer to obtain solid thermoplastic polymer particles and a colloidal solid material on the surface of the particle or then optional impregnation with a plasticizer to obtain solid thermoplastic polymer particles with at least one agriculturally active ingredient distributed in them, and colloidal solid material on the surface of the particle; or cooling the emulsion and then optionally impregnating with a plasticizer to form thermoplastic polymer particles in the emulsion and a colloidal solid material on the surface of the particle; or allowing the cross-linkable resin mixture to crosslink or cure and then optionally impregnate with a plasticizer to form emulsions comprising cured thermoset polymer particles with at least one agriculturally active ingredient dispersed therein and a colloidal solid material on the surface of the particle; or cooling the emulsion and then optionally impregnating with a plasticizer to form thermoplastic polymer particles with at least one agriculturally active ingredient dispersed therein and a colloidal solid material on the surface of the particle, d. adding an agriculturally active ingredient to an emulsion to produce cured thermoset polymer matrix microparticles or thermoplastic polymer matrix microparticles with a particle hardness that is greater than 0.001 MPa and less than 6 MPa, with an agrochemical active ingredient or ingredients distributed in them.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to obtain compositions that are stable when diluted with water in a wide range of field conditions, and which are also characterized by an excellent ability to adhere to the surface of foliage, seeds or plant parts for vegetative propagation.
