FIELD: chemical industry; fertilizers.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the processing of phosphorus-containing raw materials to obtain a soluble form of alkali metal phosphate used as a mineral fertilizer. The method for processing phosphate raw materials includes obtaining an initial mixture of phosphorite concentrate (PC) and quartz, taken in the ratio, wt.: PC:SiO2 = 10:(3-4), with the addition of an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide with a concentration of 1000-1100 g/dm3 to obtain A solid to liquid ratio of 10:(5.4-5.7). The initial mixture is crushed to a particle size of less than 250 mcm. The resulting pulp is sintered at 300-500°C for 1-3 h, then the resulting cake is cooled to 150-160°C. Water is added until the cake is completely covered, it is cooled with constant stirring to 80-100°C and filtered to obtain the desired product.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to process phosphate raw materials to obtain mineral fertilizer without the use of environmentally harmful reagents and without waste.
