FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: electrical connection point contains functional unit (1) which contains functional front panel (21) and rear electrical plug (23), and contains base (2) which contains housing (7) for receiving the functional unit (1) in the inserted position. To reduce the risk of accidental detachment of the functional unit while improving its detachable nature of the attachment, the electrical connection point comprises a stopper with ring (50) that surrounds functional front panel (21) and is positioned to be accessible from the outside of housing (7) when functional unit (1) is received in housing (7), wherein ring (50) is rotatable relative to rear electrical plug (23) between the unlocking position placing the stopper in the unlocking configuration and the locking position placing the stopper in the lock configuration when functional unit (1) is in the inserted position.

EFFECT: reduced risk of accidental disconnection of the functional unit, while improving the detachable nature of the fastening of the functional unit.
