SUBSTANCE: method of heating the smoking mixture consists in installing a device for heating the smoking mixture on the hookah bowl with the possibility of providing thermal stabilization of the bowl and the smoking mixture and supplying a thermally heterogeneous mixture, consisting of a bottom with a built-in heating element and a temperature sensor containing at least one hole for passing air flows into the bowl with the smoking mixture, a heating element with heat transfer capable of providing heating of the incoming air located at a given distance from the bottom, a casing, which is a cylindrical body containing at least one opening for passing air to the heating element and at least one opening for passing air around the heating element, as well as a control unit associated with a power supply; setting the operating temperature in the range from 200°C to 300°C for the bowl of the hookah, followed by turning it on for heating by using the control unit; warming up the bowl with the smoking mixture for at least 1 minute, after which the heating element turns on and reaches the operating mode in no more than 30 seconds; maintaining a quasi-stationary temperature regime or changing the regime based on a command initiated by the user.

EFFECT: improved stability of heating of the smoking mixture in the bowl and, as a result, in increasing the duration of smoking, improving the taste characteristics due to the better return of taste from the smoking mixture with the specified heating method, and in increasing the smokiness of the smoking process.
