FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: system refers to downhole systems run into oil or gas wells using a geophysical cable, and can be used to carry out selective well blasting operations (WBO) in a well drilled for oil, gas or water using blasting-perforation equipment (BPE) run in using a geophysical cable comprising one or more conductive cores. The cable selective perforation system includes a data input/output device, downhole perforators and control devices that receive a signal from the daylight surface and provide control of the downhole perforators, whereas each downhole perforator is connected by a logging cable to its control device that provides data reception comprising a unique ordinal number assigned to each downhole perforator and stored in the memory of the control device, and transmission to the input/output device of data on the daylight surface characterizing the state of the control device and, accordingly, the downhole perforator.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the system by eliminating the possibility of an explosion at an arbitrary location in the well.
