FIELD: liquid filling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid product distribution method, apparatus and network for monitoring, controlling and optimizing the flow of liquid products for delivery to consumers via liquid product filling containers. The network comprises at least one liquid product bottling container for transportation from a transportation location to a bottling location, whereas at least one said liquid product bottling container comprises a radio transmitter fixed in an adaptable manner and a microprocessor for reading and transmitting a plurality of data measurements that relate to the state of said container for dispensing a liquid product; a mobile radio signal reader configured to operate within said distribution network to receive said plurality of data measurements from said radio transmitter and additionally transmit information related to said plurality of data measurements to computer software systems associated with said filling location for a plurality of data collection functions, wherein said data collection functions include liquid product inventory and management functions, liquid product sales functions, and liquid product consumer marketing functions, wherein the mobile RF reader is configured such that, when placed in a wireless connection-shielding cold room, which comprises at least one liquid product filling container, it collects data from at least one liquid product filling container for subsequent generation of reports in the liquid product distribution network after the mobile RF reader leaves the cold store; a computer processing system associated with said mobile reader for processing data and executing instructions related to said information related to said data collection functions, and further enabling said information related to said data collection functions to interact with an internet communication interface; and a reporting and sales marketing subsystem associated with said server computer processing system for interacting with a plurality of computer processing systems operating in connection with the functions of producing, distributing, selling, trading, reporting, marketing and consuming said liquid products or for providing optimization of these functions.
