SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a medicinal product with a pronounced anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antifungal effect. A method of producing a medicinal product for the treatment of acute postpartum endometritis in cows, including the preparation of solutions of florfenicol and an antifungal active substance, the use of propylene glycol and purified water as a solvent, characterized in that an additional tetrachloride solution containing 4 g/l of the active substance and a florfenicol solution containing 4 g/l of the active substance, and as an anti-flexible active substance, a 3% aqueous solution of a mixture of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate is used, which are taken in equal proportions, then all solutions are combined in equal amounts, novocaine, hellebore tincture are added and the resulting mixture is heated to 55–60°C followed by intensive stirring of this mixture in the reactor at a speed of 1,500 rpm, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: florfenicol solution containing 4 g/l of active substance 3, tetrachloride solution containing 4 g/l of active substance 3, 3 % aqueous solution of a mixture of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, taken in equal proportions 3, novocaine 1, hellebore tincture 1, purified water 15, propylene glycol is the rest.

EFFECT: increasing the therapeutic effect by enhancing the impact on opportunistic microflora, reducing the duration of treatment and costs.
