FIELD: industrial aerodynamics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for gas-dynamic testing of aircraft. The unit for gas-dynamic testing of the impeller of a vane machine comprises a cylindrical outer casing with an inlet gas pipeline, an inner casing with a streamlined surface installed inside the outer casing coaxially with it and with the formation of a gas-dynamic path, an output stator installed in the outer casing with guide vanes located in the gas-dynamic path, a drive shaft with a streamlined spinner installed in the inner casing, a tested impeller with vanes mounted on the drive shaft in front of the output stator and coupled with a streamlined spinner, and devices for measuring gas-dynamic flow parameters located in the gas-dynamic path. The impeller is made in the form of two interconnected disks with grooves, in which the vanes are configured for their rotation, and is equipped with a mechanism for changing the angular position of each vane, made in the form of a worm gear, the gear wheel of which is mounted on the vane shank, and the worm is mounted on a shaft with an end protruding beyond the end surface of the impeller facing the streamlined coke, and equipped with a removable gear connected to the drive and mounted on the protruding end of the worm shaft with the possibility of angular movement and fixation using two threaded stoppers interacting with the surface of shaped grooves made at the protruding end of the worm shaft.
EFFECT: reliability of the test results during modelling studies of vane machines increases due to the accuracy of positioning the angular position of the vanes on the tested impeller.
