SUBSTANCE: construction of small vessels, mainly boats. A method for manufacturing a boat hull from a sheet polymeric material, consisting of a V-shaped bottom with a keel, sides and gunwales, stiffeners in the form of longitudinal sheet overlays for mating the sides with the bottom and gunwales, includes: cutting sheet parts; preparation for welding their edges; installation of sheet parts with edges to be welded and their fixation; welding the installed sheet parts with continuous welds, while making the first slipway from mutually connected frames-patterns forming the shape of the bottom and sides of the hull facing the keel up; install the keel in the cutouts of the frames-patterns of the slipway; install and fix on the slipway the details of the sides of the bottom with the pairing of the edges for welding with the keel; install and fix on the slipway the details of the boards with the pairing of the edges for welding with the sheet parts of the bottom; welded with continuous seams, first - the edges of the sheet parts of the bottom with the keel, then - the edges of the sheet parts of the bottom with the edges of the sheet parts of the sides, getting the hull blank from the first slipway; install the hull with the keel down in the second slipway; install side spacers in the body or fix the sides in the slipway; install, fix and weld the left and right sheet plates, fixing the mating angles between the bottom and sides; install, fix and weld partitions and remove spacers if the sides are not fixed in the slipway; install, fix and weld to the bottom of the spars and crossbars to the bottom spars; install, fix and weld the left and right gunwales to the sides; the left and right longitudinal sheet plates are installed and welded, fixing the mating angles between the gunwales and the sides, as well as the floor sheet.
