SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of applying compression to human tissues by means of hydrodynamic mediated massage of superficial areas of his body. A two-layer bonded cuff is superimposed or put on the exposed area of the body, the outer layer of which is stronger and less flexible than the inner one, which is directly adjacent to the skin. In the space between the layers of the cuff, fluid is supplied from a hydraulic pump, which creates periodic low and high pressure on the body tissues under the cuff. The operation of the hydraulic pump is controlled by the processor so that the period of pressure change is set in accordance with the current pulse of the patient, the corresponding data are transmitted to the processor from the sensor on the patient's body, and the reduced pressure in the cuff minus 10 mm Hg. falls on the anacrotic phase, and the increased pressure, 60 mm Hg. affects the body tissues during the catacrotic phase.
