SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the development of natural and man-made high-clay alluvial mineral deposits with a high content of fine and fine gold. The method for activation of microdisintegration of the polymineral component of the slurry includes a high-speed supply of a jet by a pump onto a flat surface of a cone-shaped divider into a hydrodynamic generator made with a diffuser and a confuser body, processing the slurry flow under conditions of active hydrodynamic influences by means of the influence of cone-shaped dividers successively installed inside the centre of the confuser body, providing deep disintegration of the polymineral component of the slurry to the micro level by converting the kinetic energy of the fluid flow in a hydrodynamic generator. Cone-shaped dividers are made in the form of a monolithic system of straight and reverse taper dividers articulated with each other along the progress of the slurry flow to form zones that enhance oscillations by changing the speed mode. The articulated cone dividers are equipped with cruciform support bars installed to provide a pressure gradient in excess of the ultimate strength of the microparticles. Along the perimeter of the confuser body of the hydrodynamic generator, straight stiffeners are installed and the slurry flow is moved with interaction with straight stiffeners and cruciform support rods to enhance the fields of primary hydrodynamic cavitation and create secondary acoustic cavitation.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the process of deep disintegration of the polymineral component of the slurry.
