SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of natural and man-made high-clay placer mineral deposits with an increased content of fine and fine gold. The method of cavitation-hydrodynamic microdesintegration of the polymineral component of the hydraulic mixture includes high-speed pumping of a jet onto the flat surface of the divider into a hydrodynamic generator made with a diffuser and a confuser housing, processing of the flow of the hydraulic mixture under conditions of active hydrodynamic influences by means of the influence of dividers sequentially installed in the center of the confuser housing to ensure deep disintegration of the polymineralthe component of the hydraulic mixture to the micro level by converting the kinetic energy of the fluid flow in a hydrodynamic generator. Zones are formed that contribute to the strengthening of hydrodynamic oscillations by performing dividers in the form of a monolithic system of interconnected hydrodynamic single-cavity hyperboloids. To give the hydrodynamic generator additional structural rigidity, the confuser housing is provided with cross-shaped support rods. Additional turbulence of the hydraulic mixture flow is carried out by installing additional elements in the sectors of the confuser body between the cruciform support rods.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the technological and operational efficiency of the process of deep disintegration of the polymineral component of the hydraulic mixture.
