FIELD: X-ray engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to X-ray equipment comprising X-ray tubes and can be used in the development of X-ray generators for non-destructive testing of industrial objects, for obtaining X-ray images for industrial transillumination, medical diagnostics and scientific research. To manufacture the insulator, Al2O3 is first treated with high-energy activation in a planetary mixer at a speed of 1800 rpm⋅ min-1 for 300 s. Then Al2O3 is introduced into the organosilicon polymer, a tin-based catalyst is added and mixed with a mixer, followed by evacuation to a residual pressure of 1.5⋅10-3 Pa. The product is shaped in stages by filling the injection mold in volumes of 150 ml with the resulting polymer mixture followed by placing the polymer matrix on a vibration stand for 10 minutes.
EFFECT: increased electrical strength of the solid-state insulator.
