FIELD: product treatment.

SUBSTANCE: cleaning of products from contamination in a drum tumbler. Installation for cleaning products contains a bath with washing liquid, a perforated drum for placing cleaned products, on the ends of which cylindrical supports are installed, resting on arcuate guides facing the bottom of the bath with a convex part, and a vibration drive mechanism with drum rolling along the guides, including a connecting rod, hingedly connected to two rocker arms, having the possibility of pendulum oscillations about the swing axes, installed in the upper part of the bath. The supports are replaceable in the form of pulleys resting on V-belts fixed on arcuate guides, and oscillation with drum rolling is provided by means of cylindrical trunnions fixed on the end walls of the drum coaxially to it, protruding along the length of the supports and entering these projections into the grooves formed by U-shaped profile with rocker arms, and a frame rigidly connected to each other, covering the drum.

EFFECT: improved quality of parts cleaning.
