The device contains a bath with electrolyte, a fixed anode, a shaft with a cross, activating elements fixed on the outer surface of the rollers that can rotate around an axis parallel to the axis of the treated surface, and a mechanism for pressing the activating elements to the treated surface, made in the form of a hinged parallelogram, on movable elements of which interchangeable weights are installed. The rollers are made with figured ends in the form of sinusoids with a shift of 90 degrees relative to each other. The rollers are installed with the possibility of rotation around their axes and movement along them within the limits of the cylindrical stops fixed in the axes, which form brackets together with the slats, based on the swing axis, placed in the middle of the slats and fixed on the connecting rods.
