FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: widely used in road construction, in the construction of roofs, floors of buildings, construction of underground structures, including tunnels, etc. The multilayer mat for the construction of a road embankment is made in the form of a rectangular multilayer structure of a given size and includes an upper layer in the form of a non-woven geotextile, a middle layer in the form of a three-dimensional geogrid filled with foam glass crushed stone, and a bottom layer in the form of a bentonite mat, while the foam glass crushed stone is selected from fractions of 20-40 mm, and the bentonite mat, in turn, is made of multilayer and contains non-woven geotextile, bentonite clay and bearing waterproofing geotextile. The protruding ends of the geogrid on two opposite sides are made in such a way as to ensure the entry of the protruding ends into the next laid mat, according to the male/female principle, and the extreme protruding ends of the geogrid are equipped with anchors with hooks for transportation, and the layers of the multilayer mat are connected through each other by means of fasteners.
EFFECT: minimizing changes in the level of the road surface, the absence of bumpy formations on the surface of the roadway, ensuring the strength and reliability of the road surface, ensuring the drainage of water from the road surface, ensuring the protection of the roadway from sudden temperature changes, versatility and ease of use for both the base of the road embankment, and for the device of slopes, ensuring the stabilization of the climatic work of the embankment.
