FIELD: excavation; loading dragline.

SUBSTANCE: excavation and loading dragline contains a support base, a turntable, an arrow, a turntable stand, a traction winch, a lifting winch, a working body in the form of a cradle with a Page harness with a tipping bucket placed on the trunnions. The cradle is equipped with a tipping mechanism, including a tension winch, located on the turntable rack. The bucket tipping mechanism comprises two lugs installed symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the cradle, in the square holes of which a torsion bar is placed with their ends. In the centre of the torsion along its longitudinal axis there is a pulley-lever, the hub of which is made with a through square female hole and two blind cylindrical recesses on each side. Cylindrical liners with bucket stoppers at the ends are coaxially fixed in the recesses, placed in detachable bushings of the lugs connected by a transverse plate with an adjustable stop, a pulley with the possibility of rotation is installed between the lugs in the lower part, connected by an unloading rope covering it, the end of which is rigidly fixed to the pulley lever.

EFFECT: ensuring loading of the rock mass into the body of a dump truck, into the bunker of a conveyor or crusher with a tipping bucket at almost any point in the sector of the working platform, limited in terms of the radius of the dump truck of a given height and the largest radius of the bucket unloading, both at the level and above or below dragline standing.
