FIELD: opencast mining. SUBSTANCE: excavating and loading complex for opencast mining has bucket with harness connected by means of haulage and hoist ropes with pulling and hoisting winches. Hoist rope is engaged with main block suspended from balloon. Balloon is held above zone of bucket emptying with the help of flexible ties and its position may be varied.
