FIELD: gas turbine engines.
SUBSTANCE: air-fuel nozzle comprises a swirler body, including a vaned swirler, a mixing bushing, a nozzle body containing an internal channel with an installed atomizer, sealing rings, a throttling washer, a castellated nut. The swirler blades have two internal channels, the first channel is limited by the wall of the mixing sleeve, the second channel is through, there are two rows of holes on each side along the height on the walls of the blades in the area of the first channel. The mixing bushing is made of a tapering shape with a transition to the diffuser, the mixing bushing is located inside a cylindrical holder, forming an annular channel in which the blades with the opposite twist angle relative to the swirler blades are located. The nozzle body is hollow, made cylindrical with a transition to a cone with a rounded outlet, a through hole is located in the centre of the rounded outlet, the throttling washer is made with two overlap rings and equally spaced windows.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides, to ensure high quality of mixing of fuel with air and completeness of fuel combustion.
