FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices for gas combustion in combustion chambers of gas turbine engines. Disclosed is a fuel-air nozzle containing swirler housing 1 including blade swirler 3, mixing sleeve 4, nozzle housing 2, having an internal channel, sealing rings 11, throttling washer 7, castellated nut 10. Mixing sleeve 4 has a cone with a transition to an elongated cylinder with a chamfer at outlet 9, sprayer 5 with holes 8 located at angle of 45 degrees from the axis of the nozzle is installed in the inner channel of the nozzle body, nozzle 6 is located in the cavity of sprayer 5; there is a possibility of selecting throttling washer 7 of the required outer diameter for adjusting the air flow rate through swirler 3. Swirler blades 3 can be installed at angle of 30, 45, 60 degrees.
EFFECT: technical solution ensures reliable start-up and stable combustion in the combustion chamber, improves the quality of fuel mixing with air and completeness of fuel combustion, reduces emissions of harmful substances and increases reliability of the device.
