SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for a multi-level identification and identification procedure using optical recognition of submitted documents. The system comprises a module for setting the stages of performing an identity verification procedure, a module for receiving transactions, a module for receiving personal data of an individual, a module for selecting levels of identity verification, a module for addressing personality data to the database of the system server, a module for authenticating an identity confirmation code, a module for identification of the authenticity of the identity confirmation code and the module for issuing transactions.
EFFECT: expanding the range of devices for a multi-level identification and identity check using optical recognition of the submitted documents.
