SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a document recognition system for scoring purposes in the process of a remote procedure for identifying and establishing the identity of clients. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the system contains a module for receiving transactions, a module for authenticating a client's identity confirmation code, a module for issuing transactions, a module for synchronizing the stages of client identification, a module for receiving personal data of a client, a module for addressing data record of a client inn the database of the system server and a module for selecting stages of client identification.
