FIELD: liquefaction of natural gas.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for the liquefaction of natural gas (LNG) associated with gas fields, including those associated with oil deposits. A method for liquefying natural gas is claimed, which can be implemented using a natural gas liquefaction plant. In the technological process, an additional low-pressure liquid flow is used, a low-pressure mixed refrigerant (MRA) separation operation is applied, as a result of which an additional low-pressure bypass flow of MRA is mixed with a low-pressure liquid flow, an additional high-pressure gas flow separation operation is taken into account. To implement the claimed method of liquefying natural gas according to the second option, the LNG stream is additionally cooled by a stream of a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons (WFLHC). For the implementation of the claimed method of liquefaction of natural gas according to the third option, the MRA flows are additionally cooled by the WFLHC flow. The LNG liquefaction unit includes a main cryogenic heat exchanger unit, a C2+ separation unit, five mixed refrigerant separators, two compressors, two coolers, pipelines and Joule-Thompson valves.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in the form of increased productivity.
