SUBSTANCE: device for forming a dump mass includes a support frame with a platform fixed on it, a swivel pylon connected to its rotation mechanism fixed on the platform, a boom for lifting and lowering a conveyor installed inside the boom, fixed on the pylon with the possibility of rotation relative to the pylon in a vertical plane, including exit for dump unloading, boom counterweight frame fixed on the pylon above the boom, with counterweight installed on it and boom lifting and lowering mechanism, while heat-insulating panels are installed in the boom. The pylon rotation mechanism is rigidly connected to the support frame and to the pylon with the possibility of its rotation under the action of reversible gear motors and includes a bearing, the inner race of which has a gear rim with two gear wheels mounted on it for rotation, mounted through flange couplings at the ends of the motor drive shafts. Under the platform, a suspended platform is attached to the support frame. The support frame is connected to the ladder. The conveyor lifting and lowering boom is a rectangular truss structure. Inside the boom for lifting and lowering the conveyor, passages for its maintenance are made along the conveyor. In the internal space of the counterweight frame, passages and a platform for maintenance are made.
