SUBSTANCE: effect is achieved by the fact that in the method for identifying compensation mismatch in ground fault mode for controlling a protective resistor in compensated networks, which consists in generating a signal to control the value of the grounding resistor, connecting a low voltage network substation, determining the value of compensation mismatch, according to the invention, the intermittent mode is identified arc burning in the damaged phase, measure the voltage of the power source U(t), measure the angular shift of the voltage at the neutral U0(t) during free oscillations in the zero-sequence circuit after the extinction of the arc of the fault current in relation to the voltage of the power source U(t), determine the amount of compensation detuning V using the measurement of the angular voltage shift at the neutral U0(t). Additionally, the input angular shift signal is corrected at increased values of the network damping coefficient.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and speed of determining the degree of compensation mismatch for controlling the protective resistor in compensated networks.
