FIELD: containers.
SUBSTANCE: prefabricated transportable container is made of corrugated cardboard and contains a base and a box placed on the base, open at the top and bottom, formed from a sheet blank by successive bending of its rectangular-shaped sidewalls along the fold lines relative to each other. Along the lower edge, the side walls of the box are made with flaps for resting on the pallet, and on one of the side walls of the box there is a line of weakened section to form an opening when removing the part of the wall limited by this line for access to the inside of the box. The base is made in the form of a parallelepiped box type pallet, the height of the sidewalls of which is less than the length of the sidewall of this box. The base is made of a sheet blank containing four rectangular-shaped walls connected in series by fold lines, which are sidewalls having upper and lower rectangular-shaped flaps to form the bottom and the top of the box. The height of the flaps located on one pair of the opposite side walls is less than half the length of the flaps located on the other pair of the opposite side walls. Flaps with a height less than the length of other flaps are each made with two cuts located at a distance from each other, transversely directed to the free edge of the flap to form a bendable tongue with lateral extensions. Each other flap on the side of the open edge is made with an open cut-out, combined with the same cut-out of the flap joined to it when forming the top and the bottom of the box for inserting the tongue into the opening formed by the cut-outs and locating its extensions under the back side of these flaps folded end to end. The flaps for resting on the pallet along the three sidewalls of the box, open at the top and bottom, are made of a rectangular shape and each with a tongue bent from it. On each line of inflection of the upper flaps relative to the three sidewalls of the box, at least one cut is made to insert into it the flap tongue of the side wall of the box, open at the top and bottom, when this flap is bent relative to the side wall and laid flat on the pallet.
EFFECT: increased spatial rigidity of the container when making it increased in height for use as a trade display for access to the goods placed inside the container.
