The solar tracker device contains a hydraulic tank with a pump and a safety valve that supplies the working fluid to the piston cavities of the hydraulic cylinders connected to the pressure and drain lines through a multi-position hydraulic valve with electromagnetic control, a filter with a safety valve in the drain line, constant differential pressure valves, throttling proportional valves located in the pressure lines of the hydraulic cylinders, “or” valves, and the pump is equipped with a flow and pressure regulator.

EFEFCT: increase in the resistance of the device to external influences.
