FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic drives of rolling equipment and can be used for sheet forming presses. In hydraulic pressure control unit, comprising control unit 1 and controlled pump 2, which shaft is connected to driving engine shaft 3, suction channel 4 – with hydraulic tank 5, pressure channel 6 – with pressure channel of safety valve 7 of indirect action and pressure hydraulic line 8, to which pressure sensor 9 is connected, control channel 10 – with pressure channel of safety valve 11 with proportional electric control. Pressure channel of safety valve 11 is additionally connected to control channel of safety valve 7 by means of guide two-way two-position hydraulic distributor 12 with electric control. Drain channels of safety valves 7, 11 are connected with hydraulic tank 5. Pressure sensor 9 is connected to first input channel of control unit 1, and electronic control unit of safety valve 11 and electromagnet of hydraulic control valve 12 are connected to first and second output channels of control unit 1.
EFFECT: pressure control in hydraulic unit pressure line.
