SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the working bodies of tillage machines and can be used in the design of cultivators when cultivating row crops, such as potatoes. The coulter for spreading-tape application of solid mineral fertilizers consists of a vertical post, with a cultivator paw fixed on it with dumps. A fertilizer duct is attached to the stand, under which a diffuser is attached to the stand. The latter is made in the form of a freely rotating wheel mounted on a shaft. On the wheel rim in different directions at an angle of 60° teeth-blades with a twist angle of 45 are rigidly fixed relative to the axis of rotation°, on the right side of the wheel clockwise, and on the left - counterclockwise.

EFFECT: use of the invention increases the uniformity of distribution of mineral fertilizers over the surface of the furrow and, as a result, improves their distribution in the volume of the potato bed.
