SUBSTANCE: invention provides a hydroelectric communication system and a mining machine comprising a hydroelectric communication system. The hydroelectric communication system comprises the first irrigation unit used to supply dust removal irrigation to the external working environment of the mining machine, the first irrigation unit comprising the first detection unit used to detect the first irrigation parameter for the first irrigation unit; the second irrigation unit used to supply cooling irrigation to the cutter motor, the second irrigation unit comprising the second detection unit used to detect the second irrigation parameter for the second irrigation unit; a liquid supply unit that communicates with the first irrigation unit and the second irrigation unit and is used to supply irrigation liquid to the first irrigation unit and the second irrigation unit; and an electronic control device electrically connected to the first irrigation unit and the second irrigation unit and used to control operation of the cutter motor according to the first irrigation parameter and the second irrigation parameter. The mining machine contains a hydroelectric connection system.

EFFECT: simultaneous consideration of the influence of engine cooling and dust deposition, extended service life of the cutter motor, solution of the problem of potential threats to the safety of workers on the site due to the harmful effects of dust deposition, and thus ensures the personal safety of workers on the site.
