FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device for lateral displacement of the frame of a row-crop cultivator for inter-row cultivation with a precision guidance system (100) comprises a speed sensor (5) of the cultivator frame, a spatial positioning sensor (4) of the cultivator frame, an optical camera (3), a computer (7) with a touch monitor (10) installed in the tractor cabin and a mechanical frame displacement unit (6). The mechanical frame displacement unit (6) consists of a front carriage (15) rigidly connected to the tractor and a rear carriage (16) rigidly connected to the cultivator frame configured for horizontal movement of the carriages (15 and 16) relative to each other on combined bearings installed in the rear carriage (16) along guides installed in the front carriage (15) and driven by a hydraulic drive. An electronic displacement control unit (2) is installed on the mechanical displacement unit (6) with the ability to receive signals from the precision guidance system, the cultivator frame speed sensor (5), the cultivator frame spatial positioning sensor (4), the optical camera (3), and the computer ( 7) with a touch monitor (10) installed in the tractor cabin, which controls the hydraulic displacement drive. The hydraulic bias drive is mounted on a mechanical displacement unit (6) and consists of the first and second hydraulic cylinders (17.1 and 17.2) connected by hydraulic lines (33 and 34) to the control hydraulic valve (18) with the solenoid valve unit (19) connected electrically to electronic displacement control unit (2). Between the first and second hydraulic cylinders (17.1 and 17.2) there is a potentiometric position sensor (29) mechanically connected to the front and rear carriages (15 and 16) with the ability to transmit signals to the control unit (2). Rods (42 and 44) of the first and second hydraulic cylinders (17.1 and 17.2) are rigidly attached to the rear carriage (16), the bodies of which are located and rigidly fixed inside the front carriage (15). The hydraulic distributor (18) is hydraulically connected to the pressure and drain lines of the tractor hydraulic system. The first and second electrical inputs (57 and 58) of the hydraulic distributor (18), which are the inputs of the solenoid valve unit (19), are connected respectively to the first and second outputs of the control unit (2), and the input of the control unit (2) is connected to the electrical output of the potentiometric position sensor (29). The hydraulic valve (18) includes a solenoid valve unit (19), which receives commands from the control unit (2), arriving at it through the first and second electrical inputs (57 and 58) of the hydraulic valve (18), and sets one of three states of the mechanical displacement unit (2): “Stop”, “Move left” or “Move right”.
EFFECT: design is simplified and the weight of the device is reduced, as well as a quick response to the displacement of the axis of movement of the tractor relative to the axis of the row spacing, preventing damage to rows of cultivated plants, and increasing productivity.
