SUBSTANCE: technological line for seed germination is proposed, consisting of a grower, in which phytolamps, boxes for seed germination, a filter, a pump, a tray are located, the line also comprises ultraviolet lamps, a pressure line, nozzles and a control panel. Disinfection by radiation from ultraviolet lamps occurs when seeds move along an inclined shelf and a belt conveyor. UV lamps with reflectors are configured for independent adjustment of the height of the suspension relative to the inclined shelf and the belt conveyor. The processed seeds from the bunker are transferred by means of a screw conveyor to the boxes for germination, at the end of which a telescopic exhaust sleeve is provided. The filling speed of boxes for sprouting seeds is controlled by adjusting the number of revolutions of the screw conveyor electric drive through a frequency converter. A control panel is provided to control the shaft with brushes, the supply of seeds from the dosing bin with an electric drive, the frequency of seed moistening, the operating duration of the phytolamps and the receipt of information from the seed level sensor.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of seed germination.
