SUBSTANCE: used for preparing a Mexican burrito using tortilla and processed cheese. Minced meat and vegetables are proposed, thermally processed until cooked, for preparing a finished dish in the form of a Mexican burrito on a tortilla, and it is made from such components as ground beef in a cooled, or chilled, or defrosted state, and hydrated vegetable texture from soy dietary fiber, taken in a ratio of 30-70: 70-30, with the addition of fresh onions, salt, sugar, tomato paste, water, ground red hot pepper, ground black pepper, monosodium glutamate, mixing them and subsequent heat treatment by stewing in vegetable oil until tender, cooling, packaging in plastic package of 100 g portion, suitable for further heating in a microwave oven, and then the resulting package is frozen in quick-freezers at an air temperature of -30±1°C for 1.5±0.5 h or in a refrigerator at a temperature of -23±1°C with forced air circulation, with the possibility of further heating in a microwave oven at least 50°C and not higher than 70°C. In this case, the minced meat heated in the microwave oven can additionally be squeezed out of the bag onto a tortilla with the addition of a portion of processed cheese from 30 g to 50 g and wrapped inside for serving as a finished dish.
EFFECT: obtaining the necessary taste and consistency of the finished product, since the minced meat is pre-packaged in portioned bags, it does not require further preparation, only heat it up and add a portion to the flatbread to form the finished burrito, and also achieving the optimal price and quality of the finished product for sale in fast food chains.
