FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the production of cosmetic products for the care of human skin, namely to a machine for the production of cosmetic cotton pads by cutting. The machine comprises a welded metal frame, feed rollers configured to feed a wadded web (13) into the cutting zone; take-off shafts; knife shafts located in the cutting zone, and the engine (12), while each of the knife shafts is a structure consisting of the main shaft (3) and the cylinder (4) with knives, while the cutting edges are located on the base of the cylindrical shape at an angle of 45°; the cutting zone contains two pairs of knife shafts, while the first pair (14) of knife shafts is made with the ability to make through cuts on the wadded web at an angle of 45°; the second pair of knife shafts makes through cuts at an angle of minus 45°; wherein the knife shafts are configured to press the edges of the web.

EFFECT: production of cosmetic cotton pads by cutting and pressing the edges of the pads, low noise level.
