FIELD: oil and gas.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a well completion method and system. The method for completing a well having a mouth comprises the following steps: drilling a wellbore below the first downhole tubular metal structure in the well; ensuring the circulation of the solution during drilling of the wellbore; providing the second downhole tubular metal structure having at least one non-expanded annular barrier having a tubular part surrounded by an expandable metal sleeve, expanded by means of a pressurized fluid flowing from inside the second downhole tubular metal structure through the valve assembly into the annular space between the tubular part and expandable metal sleeve. The valve assembly includes a breakable element that is exposed to a pressurized fluid through a first opening in a second downhole tubular metal structure. The second downhole tubular metal structure has a first end closest to the wellhead and a second end. The valve assembly has a first state in which fluid communication between the internal volume of the second downhole tubular metal structure and the specified space is interrupted, and a second state enabling fluid communication between the internal volume of the second downhole tubular metal structure and the annulus. The second downhole tubular metal structure is lowered into the well to a position, at least partially, below the first downhole tubular metal structure; a flushing fluid is circulated at a first pressure outwardly through the second end to remove at least a portion of the solution; cement is displaced at a second pressure down through the second downhole tubular metal structure and out through the second end into the annulus between the second downhole tubular metal structure and the wellbore wall; the pressure is increased in the internal volume of the second downhole tubular metal structure to a third pressure above the first pressure and the second pressure, thus introducing a pressurized fluid into the first hole at the third pressure and destroying the destructible element in the valve assembly, providing a change in the valve assembly from the first state to second state; and additionally the pressure is increased in the internal volume of the second downhole tubular metal structure with expansion of the expandable metal sleeve to adjoin it to the wall of the wellbore.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and safety of the well completion process.
