FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment for monitoring technical state of special process equipment of fuel servicing trucks (FST). Proposed plant comprises single portable housing composed of module to be transformed into tabletop (1), on which is rigidly fixed section of hydraulic pipe line. Collector (2) with shut-off device (3) is connected to the section of the hydraulic pipeline and connected to the pressure line of the controlled FST pump. In collector (2) there are additional parallel branch pipes with shutoff devices (4) and (5) for connection to individual fluid meters of controlled FST. On rigidly connected with tabletop hydraulic pipe section installed temperature transducer (6) of fluid pumped through hydraulic pipe line, flow straightener (7) fitted inside hydraulic pipe line, behind which there is a reference flow meter-counter (8) and electrically controlled locking device (9). On tabletop (1) a software control unit (10) is rigidly fixed with an individual power supply unit, a programmer and a reader, to which are connected mobile sensor (11) of measurement of rotation frequency of pump shaft of controlled FST, analogue-to-digital converters of vacuum (12) and pressure (13) at inlet and outlet of pump of controlled FST.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of automated installation of monitoring of technical condition of special process equipment of automatic fuel trucks due to expansion of list of controlled assembly units of service station FST with simultaneous reduction of labor costs and high monitoring efficiency in field operation conditions.
