FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a release film intended for packaging and comprising a carrier layer, a printed image and a release coating, wherein the printed image is at least partially located between the carrier layer and the release coating and includes at least one UV-curable radiation paint, and the anti-adhesion coating includes polysiloxane curable radically or cationically by UV radiation. The method includes the following steps: (A) printing on at least a portion of the surface of the carrier layer with at least one UV-curable ink, (B) irradiating the curable ink with UV radiation, (B) applying a coating composition containing a UV-curable irradiating the polysiloxane to at least a portion of the surface of the printed carrier layer; and (D) irradiating the curable polysiloxane with UV radiation, wherein step (D) is carried out no later than 300 seconds after step (B).
EFFECT: providing a method for producing a separation film with the exclusion of a process operation (printing step) and thereby a significant reduction of production time (twice in some cases). Printing, curing the printed image, applying the release coating and curing it can be carried out within a few seconds in a common process step on a single device.
