FIELD: medicine; oncology; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: localizer needle is inserted into the tumor. Material for histological and cytological examination is taken. A marker is inserted into the localizer needle and pushed into the center of the tumor node using a mandrel. Blue-colored chicken shell flour is used as a marker. Then 4 marks are set 1–2 cm from the edge of the tumor in the lateral peritumoral and medial zones, at the upper and lower poles. A marker is inserted into the localizer needle in a peripheral vein catheter with a length of a puncture channel and pushed through a mandrel so that its inner end reaches the edge of the tumor, and the outer one ends in the subcutaneous layer.

EFFECT: method allows, in all cases without exception, to take material for cytology and biopsy from a single puncture, to ensure reliable antiblastic of the puncture channel and clearly defined localization of the tumor and its zone of radical excision, which allows to minimize the removal of the healthy tissue and to ensure control over the adequacy of the operation performed.
